Where do we ship?
We currently ship worldwide. For international orders, please contact us for shipping charges and available shipping options before placing your order.
International orders may also be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.
When will my order be dispatched?
Ready-to-ship orders are generally dispatched within 2–5 working days after order confirmation.
Made-to-order pieces are generally dispatched within 3–7 working days after order confirmation. Made-to-order pieces are made specifically for you, so they need a little extra time. Tiny clothes, unfortunately, still require actual human hands.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding Indian public holidays.

How long will delivery take?
Delivery timelines vary depending on your location, courier service and, for international orders, customs processing. We therefore do not promise a fixed delivery timeline.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive tracking information so you can follow its journey.
Tracking your order
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared through the contact information provided at checkout.
If your tracking hasn't updated for a while or your order seems unusually delayed, please get in touch with us with your order number and we'll look into it.
What if delivery is unsuccessful?
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will generally make another attempt to deliver your order. Please make sure someone is available to receive the package and that the shipping address and contact details provided at checkout are correct.
If an order is returned to us after unsuccessful delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, or an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the order will not be automatically resent.
In such cases, we will issue store credit valid for 6 months, after deducting the original shipping charge where applicable, and an additional ₹150 return-to-us handling charge.
If you would like the order to be shipped again, please contact us. Additional shipping charges may apply.
What if I entered the wrong address?
Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. If your order has not yet been processed, we'll do our best to update the address.
Once the order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee that the delivery address can be changed. If the parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the returned-to-us terms above will apply.
What if my parcel is lost in transit?
If your parcel is confirmed as lost by the courier, please contact us. We'll coordinate with the courier and initiate the appropriate claim or investigation.
If the parcel is confirmed lost, we'll arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.
International orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, clearance charges or other fees imposed by their destination country.
These charges are not included in Gulabi Baby's product or shipping prices unless explicitly stated at checkout. Please note that customs processing can also affect delivery timelines.

We do our best to get every order out on time, but once your package leaves us, it is travelling through another network of humans, vehicles, sorting centres and occasionally customs departments.
