Hi, that's me. I'm Arvisha, the designer and founder behind Gulabi Baby. I work closely with our little team on everything from designing the clothes and choosing fabrics to making sure the seams are exactly where they're supposed to be. I do have a lot of opinions about clothes. Luckily, my team is very patient with me. You can read the slightly longer version of how Gulabi Baby came to be over on our About Us page.

We currently make clothes for children from 1 to 14 years. Our ready-to-ship sizes are 1–2, 3–4, 5–6, 7–8 and 9–10 years. For the sizes in between we offer made-to-order sizing: 2–3, 4–5, 6–7 and 8–9 years. Sizes 10–14 years are also made to order.

All Gulabi Baby garments are made from cotton. Most of our garments are lined with mul cotton, because looking cute is great, but feeling good in your clothes is kind of important too. We care a lot about how a garment feels, not just how it looks. Fabric, construction and comfort are a big part of how we design.

Please refer to our Size Guide before placing your order. If your child's measurements fall between two sizes, get in touch with us and we'll help you figure it out. We also offer selected in-between sizes as made-to-order options.

Not at the moment. We currently offer our existing Gulabi Baby designs, along with our made-to-order size options.

Ready-to-ship orders are generally dispatched within 2–5 working days after your order is confirmed. Made-to-order pieces take approximately 3–7 working days to be dispatched. We make these specifically for you, so they need a little extra time.

You can request a cancellation within 24 hours of your order confirmation. After 24 hours, your order may already have entered processing, so cancellation may no longer be possible.

If you need to change your size, address or any other order detail, contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to help, but changes cannot always be guaranteed once your order has entered processing.

Yes. We ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

Ready-to-ship orders are dispatched within 2–5 working days. Made-to-order orders are dispatched within approximately 3–7 working days. Delivery time after dispatch depends on your location and the courier service being used. International deliveries may take longer due to customs and local processing.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive tracking details through the contact information provided at checkout.

Courier delays can occasionally happen, especially during peak periods, holidays or customs processing. If your order seems unusually delayed, just get in touch with us with your order number and we'll help you track it down.

Please contact us as soon as possible. If you contact us before your order has been processed, we'll do our best to update it. Once the order has been dispatched, we're afraid we can't guarantee that the delivery address can be changed.

Yes. We offer one exchange per order for size-related issues, subject to our Exchange Policy. Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving your order. For customer-initiated size exchanges, the shipping cost for the exchange order is borne by the customer.

It depends. Made-to-order garments selected from our standard Gulabi Baby size chart can be exchanged, subject to our exchange conditions. However, garments made using measurements specifically provided by the customer cannot be exchanged.

We'll always try our best to make the requested size available. If the size cannot be arranged, you'll receive store credit valid for 6 months.

At the moment, we do not offer exchanges on international orders.

We're pretty particular about our garments, so if something has gone wrong, please let us know. Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and send us clear photographs of the issue. If the product is found to be defective, damaged, incorrect or materially different from what was ordered, we'll arrange an exchange or appropriate resolution. In these cases, Gulabi Baby will cover the shipping costs.

We take quality seriously, but handmade and small-batch production can have tiny variations. A significantly uneven seam or stitching issue may be considered a defect. Minor variations, loose threads or slight inconsistencies in print or colour are not considered defects. A measurement variation of up to 0.5 inch is also within our acceptable tolerance. If our finishing team happens to miss something, we're sorry about the inconvenience. Please reach out and we'll sort it out. Damage caused after wearing, washing or altering the garment is not considered a manufacturing defect.

The garment must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, in its original condition, and with all original tags and packaging intact. We cannot accept exchanges for garments that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without their original tags.

Sale items are final sale, with one exception: size exchanges are allowed, subject to availability. If the required size isn't available, you can choose another available size or style of equivalent value. If neither works, we'll provide store credit valid for 6 months.

Yes, we offer cash on delivery for orders from Rs. 1190 to Rs. 4990

Payments are processed through Razorpay's payment infrastructure. Your payment details are handled by the payment provider during checkout.

Because your Gulabi Baby pieces are meant to be worn, played in and loved for a long time. Gentle washing helps preserve the fabric, colour and construction for longer.

We don't follow a strict launch schedule. New pieces and collections come as they're ready. Some launches may arrive together, while other pieces may make their way in a little at a time.
